On a 73,000 square meter site that was previously used as a brickworks, a modern logistics hall with a total area of 30,000 square meters is being built.<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"255\" data-end=\"601\">Construction began in February 2025 with the laying of the foundation stone. The new site will employ up to 200 people. The hall will be used for transport and warehouse logistics and will be adapted to current environmental and efficiency standards. The site offers plenty of space for storage and office areas, as well as modern infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"710\">By choosing Schermbeck, Rottbeck Spedition is responding to the limited expansion opportunities in Bottrop.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"885\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The location along the A31 also provides an optimal connection for logistics processes.
