Terms and Conditions – General Terms and Conditions
We operate exclusively based on the General German Forwarders’ Conditions (ADSp), latest version. These conditions limit the statutory liability for damage to goods according to § 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) to €5/kg for damages in forwarding custody; in the case of multimodal transports including sea carriage, the limit is €2 Special Drawing Rights (SDR)/kg. Furthermore, the liability per damage case or event is capped at €1 million or €2 million, or €2 SDR/kg, whichever amount is higher.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN
AGB – Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Wir arbeiten ausschließlich auf Grundlage der Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteurbedingungen – ADSp -, jeweils neueste Fassung. Diese beschränken in Ziffer 23 ADSp die gesetzliche Haftung für Güterschäden nach § 431 HGB für Schäden in speditionellem Gewahrsam auf 5 €/kg; bei multimodalen Transporten unter Einschluss einer Seebeförderung auf 2 SZR/kg sowie darüber hinaus je Schadenfall bzw. -ereignis auf 1 Mio bzw. 2 Mio € oder 2 SZR/kg, je nachdem, welcher Betrag höher ist.
